Sour Cherry

Cherry shows a wide spread in the world. However, its commercial production is carried out in countries such as Turkey, USA, Iran and Italy. Although it varies according to the years and climatic conditions, Turkey, which ranks first in the world in cherry production, is also one of the countries that have a say in cherry exports. Cherry production takes place mainly in Kemalpaşa (Izmir), Manisa, Akşehir (Konya), Sultandağı (Afyon), Uluborlu (Isparta), Honaz (Denizli) and recently in Hadim and Tashkent (Konya) regions in our country.
